Started one up to draw on a PowerPoint presentation and the tablet would not respond to the pen. The tablet indicated as being connected and the press keys on the tablet work. Started the other tablet on the other machine and it had the same problem. I downloaded and reinstalled the drivers to no effect and rebooted the devices. Is there a Windows update causing a problem? Can you help? After installation of the driver, go to check whether the driver connected or not try unplug-plug cables couple of times.
If still not, please do next solution. Please make sure all cables have firmly connected to the computer and PD Re-plug cables firmly to your computer and PD If the cursor moved, but the driver still shows 'Device disconnected', it means the issue isn't caused by PD or stylus.
